Launch Of COS

As of May 2008 Simply Promotions are pleased to announce the launch of the Customer Ordering System (COS). Our Client Ordering System (COS) will enable you to view a range of products that you have either previously ordered or expressed interest in. Example quantities and unit costs are displayed. Simply Promotions can warehouse products for you that can be distributed to your required destination when they are needed.
You will also have the ability to view order history to assist with choosing your promotional merchandise.
A hierarchical approval system will allow budgetary control and an approved range of products provides a consistent marketing message that is presented to your clients to reinforce your company image.
Other Benefits IncludeA more streamlined ordering system will reduce the time spent researching and organising your promotional product ordering.
Warehousing will vastly decrease the time needed to get the products delivered to you.
Monthly reports will advise stock inventory and stock movement. This will enable you to avoid the possibility of products not being available.
