When I asked any of the team about design, cost, or the progress of my order, they were very helpful and honest: All questions were answered and technical issues dealt with promptly. At no stage did you make me feel uncomfortable or silly with my lack of knowledge. The finish on the medallions and mugs is excellent and made of the best material well done and thank you.
